MD Medical S.A.R.L. is looking for a Junior IT
Location: Mazraat Yachoua - Lebanon
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 am till 5:30 pm

IT Duties and Responsibilities:
-Networking and access shared folders
- Provide first Level helpdesk support for user and desktop (hardware and software).
- Perform a variety of IT support duties to ensure smooth delivery of technology services.
-Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide technical support.
-Organize and maintain IT resources.

Requirements:
Previous experience is a plus.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Exposed to new technologies
Exposed to cloud environments and Office365
A positive, friendly, and helpful personality and the ability to work well in teams.
