We had our huge court win this week and now the TN GOP is appealing to the TN Supreme Court to try to win the right to have secret votes where they decide candidates instead of voters. Why don’t they trust voters to make this decision for themselves on Election Day? And if I’m not on track to win, why are they spending so much money to try to keep me off the ballot when we won our case already instead of accepting our win and graciously moving on so we can focus on the bigger picture issues? 2022-06-07 01:24:11 An SEC member who reportedly voted to remove me from the ballot admitted "powers much greater than ours" led to my removal and that the SEC took an oath of secrecy. Who has "powers much greater"? Wonder what they’ll try next now that I won my lawsuit and got back on the ballot? They’ll attack me just like they attacked President Trump in 2016. This is so corrupt and everyone knows it. These backroom shenanigans need to stop. Let the voters decide and live with the results!
