Booking Holdings Inc. is a company providing online booking services for tickets, accommodation, car reservations, restaurants and related services.

Revenue for the first nine months of this year was up 44% year-on-year to $7.98 billion, with net income of $547 million.

Most recently, the company announced its multi-billion-dollar purchase of the Etraveli Group and hotel room distributor Getaroom.

In Q3, the number of flights booked through the platform increased by 131% compared to Q3 2019. Moreover, 25% of those who ordered flights were new customers

Management said they will resume the buyback in early 2022. They have $10 billion left in the foreseen buyout, which means the company will buy about 10% of today's market cap.
