The SPIEF participants from abroad don't have to comply with quarantine upon arrival to Russia

Required documents to enter the Russian Federation:
a valid passport,
a visa (if a participant must obtain a visa in order to travel to Russia),
a document (in Russian or English) confirming negative results of the COVID-19 PCR test that was taken no earlier than 72 hours prior to arrival in Russia.

We recommend to bring:
a printed copy of a Forum invitation
information letter on visa support.
