We are aware about the bot that continuosly send spam posts, even if we own a premium plan. It's a huge issue to fix and we are checking a way. Please note that not all channels are affected, because it depends from our configurations. In the meantime we can only suggest you to ignore such posts because we cannot delete all manually from so many channels.
