Russia's EMERCOM has delivered over 75'000 tonnes of humanitarian aid to the people of #Donbass since March this year, medicaments & food supplies included.
Clean water is also being provided in bulk (50'000+ metric tonnes). Water treatment plants are also being installed in the region.
