We insist that any future cooperation between nuclear powers must be based on consensus and take into account the interests of all parties involved. This approach befits any format, whether we refer to potential contacts between the nuclear powers recognised in the NPT context, or efforts to enlist other states with military nuclear potentials. Our priority remains the same: we would like the UK and France to join this process as US military allies in the “nuclear alliance” framework.

The President and the Prime Minister continued discussing the situation around Nagorno-Karabakh. They confirmed the importance of consistent fulfilment of the trilateral agreements between the leaders of Russia, Armenia and Azerbaijan, dated November 9, 2020, January 11 and November 26, 2021. They also noted the role of the Russian peacekeeping corps in ensuring stability in the region.

Vladimir Putin and Nikol Pashinyan also covered certain topical matters concerning further development of the strategic partnership and alliance between Russia and Armenia.

Special attention will be paid to building an effective mechanism for the joint exchange of practices and competencies, taking into account the Sustainable Development Goals.

The film features exclusive footage and eyewitness accounts, as well as filmed testimonials by captured Azov militants and foreign mercenaries who surrendered in Mariupol. In addition, the film contains expert commentary and accounts of the civilians who were tortured and humiliated by neo-Nazis.

The documentary elaborates on the ideology of nationalist battalions as well as their neo-pagan beliefs and the widespread use of Nazi symbols.

The film’s creator, journalist, and television host Marina Kim visited the detention facilities where Azov members were being held captive in Yelenovka (DPR), days before the Ukrainian Army attack using a HIMARS multiple rocket launcher. The attack killed more than 50 prisoners of war.

This caused fierce discontent of Kiev and its American , British , Canadian , Australian and New Zealand sponsors, who tried to attack freedom of speech by including Daria in their sanctions lists.

The discussion focused on various aspects of the situation around Ukraine. Vladimir Putin, in particular, stressed that the regular strikes on the Zaporozhye Nuclear Power Plant by the Ukrainian military creates the danger of a major nuclear disaster that could lead to radiation contamination of vast territories.

Both leaders noted the importance of sending an IAEA mission to the power plant as soon as possible to allow experts to assess the situation on the ground. The Russian side confirmed its readiness to provide the necessary assistance to the agency's inspectors.

The President of Russia also informed the French leader about the progress of the package deal signed on July 22 in Istanbul to facilitate the export of Ukrainian grain from Black Sea ports and the export of Russian food and fertilisers to world markets.
