Delaware County's District Attorney, a year after the fact, has determined that 4 of the 5 people shot (including the death of 8 y/o Fanta Bility) were shot by Sharon Hill police officers, who were responding to a shooting outside of a high school football game.

The three officers have been placed on "administrative duties" as an independant investigation continues.
