The Investigative Committee of Russia reports:
"Timur Vadimovich Ivanov, Deputy Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation, has been detained on suspicion of committing a crime under Article 290, Part 6 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (accepting bribes)."
Russia has twelve or so Deputy Ministers of Defense (weird organizational structure). Ivanov's job in the MOD was construction, housing & property management.
