Well, people in Odessa are not used to missile strikes on their city. Russia was upholding the grain deal and allowed Odessa sea port to function. After yet another Ukrainian attack on Crimean bridge, Kremlin has finally left this weird "deal" and now Odessa sea port is a military target
As I said, Odessans have not yet developed pavlovian reflex to blur their videos and publish them anonymously. Now SBU is hunting them down.
This local Odessa civilian is arrested for recording this video. He's probably going to be forcibly drafted and sent to the front.
