Referendums on joining Russian Federation are supposed to be held in Donbass during this week. If they succeed, DPR and LPR will become republics of Russian Federation abd their militias will be fully integrated into RuAF. Putin is supposed to address the nation in an hour or so

If at least partial mobilization is declared — this conflict will no longer resemble the first 7 month of SMO. At this rate of acceleration, be sure that winter of 2022 will be extremely hot. Open / Comment

- shelled the city administration building in Kherson while a meeting was in session, also hitting the city center & random civilians

- assassinated the Prosecutor General of the LPR and his Deputy with a bomb in his office

- murdered the Deputy Mayor of Berdyansk and his wife

A huge stream of water is released into Ingulets river which AFU is crossing via pontoon bridges in their push for Kherson

We just don't know for certain what caused this at Krivoy Rog thermal plant and the dam. Kids playing with fireworks? Technical malfunction? Cola mentos combo gone awry? It well may be a combination of aforementioned factors.
