this is an argument that will convince no-one, has no significant legal merit, and is only useful as a rallying cry for true believers on either side. in my opinion.

Personally, I find the argument that the mRNA vaccines are not really vaccines to be contrived, naive, innacurate and ineffective. Coronavirus genomes are RNA. Therefore the mRNA is a component of the virus. The RNA is further engineered, but this is an academic nuance, IMO
