There are those that reprimand me for not staying in my lane, in my core competency. In so doing, they seem to think that a citizen scholar should not be aware of broader context. I have been dealing with literally all aspects of the USG and WHO for many decades.

So my experience and core competencies are far broader than just clinical research, discovery research, big pharma, Gates-funded NGO, regulatory affairs, medical affairs, grants and contracts, molecular virology, immunology, public health etc. Ideas and debate, not ad hominems.
