An artificial intelligence (AI) model, which has been trained with tens of thousands of experimental data and extensively validated by experimental results on SARS-CoV-2, reveals that Omicron may be over 10 times more contagious than the original virus or about 2.8 times as infectious as the Delta variant. On the basis of 185 three-dimensional (3D) structures of antibody-RBD complexes, we unveil that Omicron may have an 88% likelihood to escape current vaccines.
…However, its impacts on GlaxoSmithKline's sotrovimab appear to be mild.”

The holidays are over, and our gift is positive news on the science front

Omicron's feeble attack on the lungs could make it less dangerous. Kozlov M. Nature. 2022 Jan 5. doi: 10.1038/d41586-022-00007-8. Epub ahead of print. PMID: 34987210.

“Early indications from South Africa and the United Kingdom signal that the fast-spreading Omicron variant of the coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 is less dangerous than its predecessor Delta. Now, a series of laboratory studies offers a tantalizing explanation for the difference: Omicron does not infect cells deep in the lung as readily as it does those in the upper airways.”

Importance: I discussed this back on December 15th in my Substack article:

“Has Omicron shifted receptor binding specificity away from deep lung tissue? Could this be why it appears that Omicron is less severe than other variants?”

Now this has now been confirmed in an animal model.

The importance of this research is also that it answers the question of whether those who have neither been infected of vaccinated will have a less severe course of disease. That answer is good news. Omicron is more mild for everyone, significantly more mild.

The CDC has now approved boosters for ages 12-17 years of age. Of course we all know that this age cohort, particularly young men, has significant adverse events. So, we all have to ask why is this happening? Omicron is mild, there is no need for a vaccine or a booster, that does not stop transmission. In fact, there is even evidence that the vaccinated are catching Omicron more easily!

The truth is most of us have had some variant of COVID-19. But even if we haven’t, we will experience Omicron as a cold. But the vaccine has many adverse events - here are just a some of the peer reviewed literature on these side effects and death.

So, please parents - do your homework - make your decisions based on facts.

Due to how central search is to the business models of massive tech – or, as in the case of Google and Facebook, really ad companies – it’s no wonder that cracking that market is particularly hard for any startup offering alternatives.

However, one that has seen considerable success in recent years has been DuckDuckGo – with its main appeal and “claim to fame” being the focus on privacy of its users in an online world teeming with all kinds of visible and obscure threats to privacy, and security.

Now, the company behind the DuckDuckGo search engine is deciding to expand its attempts to carve a niche in another difficult, and tightly coupled with search market – that of browsers, where Google and its Chrome currently reign supreme.

According to a company blog post by CEO Gabriel Weinberg, the same philosophy applied to the search engine will be extended to the new desktop browser: keeping users safe from harm like online tracking and in that way afford them “robust” privacy. The promise here is that performance-wise, the desktop browser will match the mobile apps offered by DuckDuckGo.

And the privacy-first approach won’t be hidden under hard-to-find settings that need to be opted-in, Weinberg suggests. For example, instead of knowing exactly how to navigate the ever-expanding drop-downs in Chrome, but also in Firefox, in order to “nuke” your browsing history, locally stored data, logins and other information accumulated by the app, DuckDuckGo browser users both on the desktop and on mobile will be able to do so by tapping a single button, called “Fire.”

But for DuckDuckGo browser(s), Weinberg says there are “OS-provided rendering engines” as well as APIs, which he claims will provide a cleaner user interface and remove most functional “clutter” associated with mainstream browsers.

For the moment, the DuckDuckGo browser is available to macOS users as a closed beta, but a Windows version seems to be coming soon.

Meanwhile, reports say the DuckDuckGo search engine is reporting a 46% growth in 2021, with an average of 100 million daily searches, and Weinberg in his post claims that the browser is the most downloaded app on browser in the company’s major markets.

FULL STOP -GET OFF GOOGLE!
Stop using google as your search engine. There are so many good search engines available now. I use Duck, Duck GO - but there are many others. The advantages are that the results are not politically motivated.

A Google Search is no longer a Search engine, but “Google Ads” engine. Google and facebook team up to personalize your results ads. They comb through your messages and feed you what they think you want to buy. It is a biased search. The ads are always placed at the top of your search results. Duck, Duck Go stops Facebook and Google from accessing your searches.

But worse than the ad issue, is that now we have evidence that Google is manipulating the searches for their own political machinations. What happened with the “mass formation” example above shows that google searches have become nothing more than a propaganda arm for the US government and the oligarchs.

While you are at it, consider dumping Google mail. Many people have migrated to Proton mail because is it fully encrypted and your emails are not scanned to bias your searches. I do maintain legacy google email addresses, because this is how many people know how to get hold of me but eventually, I will terminate these too. But these days I use proton mail as my main account as much as possible.

FULL STOP - GET OFF OF YOUTUBE whenever possible. Youtube is censoring COVID-19 related content to fall in line with Faucism. That means if the messaging is at all different from what the FDA or CDC or NIAID promotes - as directed by King Biden and Consigliere Fauci, the videos are removed and the creator blocked after three “strikes” of uploading such videos This absolute has created both a situation of censorship for the user, but also self-censorship by the creators of content. So, let’s all work to build alternative platforms for our videos.

I know, some videos we have to watch via youtube. But as much as possible, use alternatives like Vimeo, Rumble and Bitchute.

This is no longer about COVID-19, this is about control of what we are allowed to think, believe and speak about.

Like water off a duck's back

So, not that what happens to me is so special - but last night Linkedin decided I was not a fit human to be on their platform. In another blink of an eye of big tech, Linkin flushed my 30,000 connections and de-platformed me. No explanations, no warnings were given. I can say that I rarely post anything on Link-in that is controversial anymore, since they de-platformed me, re-instated me and then apologized for it last summer. This was not a surprise - just more of the same censorship that is happening everywhere.

All I can do at this point is laugh about it. This is about resiliency: like water off a duck’s back.

In two weeks since Twitter de-platformed me, my GETTR account has gone over 212,000 followers. Other social media venues are doing well also. My Substack is over 100,000 people. My Gab account is 88,000 strong. My fan run telegram account also has 189,000 subscribers. I am recording 8-10 podcasts and TV interviews a day. If I could clone me, I could do five times that number. I will not let my voice be silenced, because the cause is too great.

I can only hope with the linkedin censorship: my voice, your voice - all of us will unite and find a common path forward to stop the propaganda madness being driven by the oligarchs who control big tech, big media and big pharma.

Remember, The oligarchy are using cancel culture to control us.

Cancel culture refers to the popular practice of withdrawing support for ( canceling) public figures and companies after they have done or said something considered objectionable or offensive. Cancel culture is generally discussed as being performed on social media in the form of group shaming.
