Three years ago, when Kaleab Mesfin joined Safe Light, he was eighteen years old. He has worked diligently and sincerely for the past few years after joining the Safe Light, surpassing his older competitors in experience and age.
According to Kal, it was the team spirit, sense of belongingness, and vision alignment that kept him with Safe Light. Creating a value-driven team takes active engagement and empowerment activities. Safe Light has started Team Engagement Sessions (TES1.0) to build an effective team for the #Transform2032 agenda. This program will last for the coming 8 months.
