TARGET 8.C - DEVELOP A GLOBAL YOUTH EMPLOYMENT STRATEGY By 2020, Develop & operationalize a global strategy for youth employment & implement " The #Global_Jobs_Pact" of the International Labour Organization [ ILO ].
The population of many developing countries is quite young. However, unemployment affects this generation of youth disproportionately. Specific interventions are used to address barriers to youth employment, most notably work skills training, and/or entrepreneurship support, with plans of helping young people start & excel in their own businesses.
