2021-03-11 12:01:00 ​​Избалованные айфонами зумеры вряд ли смогут прочувствовать всю боль фразы «помоги переустановить винду, ты ж айтишник?», за которой частенько следовали потерянные выходные, ссоры с друзьями или даже разрушенные семьи. Ведь кто 95-ую винду переставлял, тот в цирке не смеётся, и стоимости конверсии SAP ERP в S/4 не удивляется.

Почему же так дорого за «просто обновить SAP»? Да потому, что это сложнейший процесс, где цена ошибки даже не ссора с друзьями, а потеря бизнеса. И выбор способа миграции, как и партнёра, крайне важен.

Сейчас SAP предлагает 3 основных пути:

- Greenfield. Внедряться заново. Подходит тем, чей бизнес сильно изменился или кто при первом внедрении не заморачивался с партнером. Дорог и сложен, риски как при обычном внедрении.

- Brownfield. Обновиться как айфон, адаптировать изменённые процессы и z-код и жить дальше. Немного дешевле и проще, а главное предсказуемее зелёного собрата.

- Selective data transition. Ни то, ни сё. Например, FI обновляем ( бухгалтерия не изменилась), а SD с нуля (бизнес изменился) . Есть инструментарий и партнёры. Тема крутая, как-нибудь разовью, нужно?

С #SAP было похоже - мол, даём вам шикарный cофт, но чтобы он заработал нужны сервера и админы, лицензии сопутствующих компонентов от Microsoft, Oracle или SUSE, поддержка всего и т.п. - и все на вас, ребята. Считайте сами, что вам нужно, с каждой компанией сами заключайте договора, им и платите - мы не при делах. А если что-то пошло не так, то сами ваш клубок и распутывайте, и виноватого ищите: то ли хостинг в AWS лёг, то ли база на Oracle, то ли Windows server, а наш SAP runs идеально!
И вот свершилось - SAP вслед за Горисполкомом освоил одно окно, и даже печать около гардероба готов поставить за вас сам.
RISE with SAP - все и даже облачный хостинг включено по подписке, лицензий и платы за поддержку больше нет, ну и обещают, что все вместе выйдет на 20% дешевле, чем собирать самим по кусочкам.
Одним словом Transformation as a service. Интересно, чем ответят поликлиники?
