NATO is expected to pass an "internal law" which is to be signed by all member states.
The new law will require states to have a uniform prescribed list of terrorist organisations and to act together in their fight against them.
This would address the issues of Turkey, and pave the way for Sweden & Finland to be ascended into NATO ranks.

This sets and extremely dangerous precedent: Any NATO Member can now declare ANY group they don't like as a Terrorist Organization---> which then obligates ALL Other NATO Countries to unilaterally suspend any support, financial services, travel or work visas, or authorization to enter or traverse neighboring NATO Countries or Borders, freeze assets, provide support in locating/surveillance/tracking/apprehension/lethal force against anyone associated with these "NATO Member State, Stated Terrorist Organizations"
This can include the Ulghurs, Kurds, NRA Members, Truckers, Covid or Election groups, etc...
