Germany's unfortunate flood disaster cannot be seen as an attack of nature, or as the Merkel bitch quoted "Global warming is to blame." What has been happening in Germany is the same as what happened in Haiti (earthquake), the same thing that happens in all global catastrophes, let's point out the only culprit for all this. HAARP (High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program) is a North American project based in Alaska under the supervision of the American Air Force capable of controlling plate tectonics, atmospheric temperature and even the level of radiation passing through the ozone layer.
