WHY DO WE BREATH ?
The day when we don't eat we feel ourself tired. Because eating give us energy. But to get this energy . our body need to breakdown the food in very small pieces. Which start from our tongue and end in the intestine. there we get Glucose from the food. The glucose then absorbed and transferred to the every cell of the body with the blood. In cells , glucose burn to produce energy.
And every child knows, without oxygen nothing burns. thats why we breathe. Lungs filter the oxygen from the air , attached it to the hameoglobin, delivered to the cells. Where glucose is burned using oxygen that synthesize ATP means energy . Cells use that energy to perform various task . So ,For Energy we would not only eat but have to breath.
