One day he was resting after a show when visitors came into his dressing room, one of whom asked if punching him in the stomach could really do Houdini no harm. He let them check, but quickly stopped the attacker, saying that he had not expected such strong and sudden blows and had not had time to prepare properly. Soon Houdini was in severe pain and died of peritonitis due to acute appendicitis a few days later, although the illusionist did not immediately agree to the operation and even managed to give a few more performances.

Everyone knows that Hitler liked to draw and even in his youth tried to become an artist. In 2008, previously unknown sketches of Hitler were found, shedding more light on the perverse mind of this man. The sketches immortalize two characters from Snow White, Smarty and Humble. Plus an unsigned drawing of Pinocchio.

This is not a random choice. Hitler kept a copy of Snow White, periodically revisited it in his own theater, and generally considered the cartoon one of the greatest achievements of cinematography. Adolf's reverent attitude to Disney was well known to his entourage. Goebbels once gave him a souvenir with an image of Mickey Mouse and later wrote in his diary that the Fuhrer was "very pleased.
