Job Description & Responsibilities:
· In charge of performing site survey collect data and costing
· Follow general tender and collect leads of new opportunities
· Stablish strong relationship with customer and contact with them
· In charge of site starting up and mobilization
· Preparing proposal offers and quotation
· Propose to customers clarification and liquates
· Contracts management
· Conduct site audit & survey of new locations for soft service and quotation.
Education & Experience:
· Engineering, Management
· Minimum of 3 years of experience selling language services or relevant sales experience selling business services highly preferred.
· Excellent e-mail etiquette skills.
2. Business Development Manager
Job Description & Responsibilities:
· Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
· Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
· Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
· Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
· Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
· Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
· Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
· Responsible for generating new sales to achieve defined sales targets with maximum profitability.
· Preparation and presentation of client pitches, sales proposals, RFQs and RFPs and sales forecasting.
Education & Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Related field.
· Prefer Engineering background
· 5 – 8 yrs. experience in the same field of expertise.
