Job Role: Human Resources Executive
Salary: $2,500 to $2,700 Monthly

Responsibilities:
To handle full spectrum of HR and Training matters
To handle the recruitment and selection process which includes drafting of job descriptions, posting of job advertisements, arranging for interviews, participating in interviews etc
To prepare employment contracts and other HR related correspondences
To liaise with MOM on work pass related issues
To conduct and complete market surveys from MOM, SHA and various HR related surveys
To submit insurance claims and claims to various government agencies
To prepare weekly and monthly reports
To process monthly payroll
To establish and maintain excellent staff relationship
To organize, coordinate and host staff events and activities
To conduct basic Training such as Orientation
To assist in Training administration
To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned
