COMMTECH ASIA (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD.
Job Role: Account Assistant (6 Months Contract)
Salary: $2,000 to $2,500 Monthly

Responsibilities:
Preparation of accounting and financial reports in compliance with the local legislations;
Manage account payable and receivable activities in a timely manner;
Monitor bank daily transaction and record the transaction based on its nature of transactions;
Monitor and maintain cash flow by ensuring cash collection and cash expenditure on schedule;
Processing of staff claims;
Perform month-end, quarter and year-end functions;
Intercompany billing;
General ledger and prepare journal entries;
Assist in filing and document preparation for corporate secretarial;
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
