Responsibilities: responsible for achieving business and sales objective/targets establishing new, and maintaining existing relationships with customers managing and interpreting customer requirements persuading clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs preparing client quotations (rental/sales/project) offering after-sales support services administering client accounts and follow up closely for payment status analysing costs and sales recording & maintaining client contact data liaising with other member of the sales team and other technical experts solving client problems prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to existing and prospective customers talk with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and to determine system requirements plan and arrange products to meet customer needs and arrange delivery weekly report to head of department
