Unlike the typical Brazils, this new Anaerobic Natural processed coffee by Danilo Barbosa from the city of Coromandel, Brazil is tasting of red plum, grapes with a sweet cacao and nutty finish which reminds us of almonds. Medium body, we enjoy this coffee black with a hint of apple-like acidity. Definitely a brow raiser.
