We’re super excited to start roasting this beautiful coffee! We came across Sitio Vargem Grande last year and instantly fell in love with the unique flavour quality this Brazilian coffee had to offer. Rosimeire experiments with different processing methods and the results are outstanding.
We bought 3 different lots from Sitio Vargem Grande this year & we can't wait to share them with you!
:
1. Our green bean shipment from @nordicapproach arrived about a week ago!
2. Rosimeire and her husband, Carlos; both grew up in coffee producing families and inherited their families passion and knowledge for coffee
3. The Sitio Vargem Grande farm
4. Drying coffee on raised beds. Depending on the weather, this can take from 150 to 200 hours
