Another selection from our exotic range, this coffee from Finca La Divisa reminds us of the citrus notes of pomelo, refreshing sweetness of mangosteen, and a red wine-like body and tactile.
This coffee was picked and hand sorted following a strict ripeness criteria. The cherries went through a 42 hours fermentation in plastic tanks where CO2 was added. Thereafter, they were left to dry on raised beds below 32 degrees until they achieve the ideal moisture content.
