We're starting with a Natural Processed coffee from the Nyeri region of Kenya, processed and milled at the Karagoto factory.
We love this coffee for its richness & depth. It retains all of its vibrancy, yet maturing with roundness. The body of the coffee is thick & jammy, even when brewed with larger ratios. We've roasted it in such a way that the acidity shares the same intensity as the sweetness, creating a harmony of ripe flavours. Absolutely delightful!
