Title of Position: Subscription Services Representative

Job Description and Responsibilities:
A point of contact with Channel Partners & Account Managers to proactively market subscription opportunities to partners and/or resolve issues that may hinder them from maintaining a relationship with Pure Storage
Effectively communicate company messages, value propositions, etc. verbally and in writing
Uncover accounts which may be at risk and develop plans to mitigate and bring them to closure

Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Prior subscription sales role – 4+ years
Prior customer service experience – 2+ years
