NAOS Finance is taking on a muti-trillion dollar issue - shrinking the $2.5 trillion global credit gap. We are an interoperable marketplace where we connect crypto lenders and SME borrowers to connect in a permission-less manner on the blockchain. Our protocol enables the origination and funding of loans without traditional intermediaries and more importantly, our assets are fully licensed and insured. NAOS Finance can provide lenders with additional revenue streams while also connecting the on-chain world with much bigger off-chain opportunities. With many DeFi projects lacking applicable real world usage, our asset base differentiates us and will propel our community to create more interesting DeFi applications.Ultimately, our goal is to fully automate the tokenization of real-world assets and make them available as part of the end-to-end lending process through NAOS Finance. Title of Position: Senior Legal Counsel

Job Description and Responsibilities:
Provide counsel and support for dispute resolution and prevention, internal investigations, risk assessments, service liability, protection of proprietary information and data; liaise with external regulatory authorities and external counsel, project management over commercial litigation and mediation.
Provide legal advice to management and the business units of the firm in relation to corporate activities, regulatory issues, risks and compliance; act as a liaison person to interact with regulators,
Handle a broad range of group level legal work, including joint ventures, partnerships, investments, debt & equity financings, new markets entries, internal investigations, commercial contract review, provision of legal advice

Job Requirements:
Exemplary integrity, ethics, independence and resilience.
Degree holder in Legal (LLB/J.D.) or equivalent Qualified solicitor with 4-7 years PQE, ideally having exposure to both law firm and commercial environment
Trained and qualified in U.S., UK, Hong Kong, Australia or Singapore with solid corporate / corporate finance experience
