Title of Position: Senior Specimen Management Associate

Job Description and Responsibilities:
Responsible for accessioning, shipment and storage of samples, and problem resolution ensuring all samples are accurately identified, sorted and labeled for testing and/or storage.
Responsible for freezer and inventory maintenance.
Monitors scheduled and ad hoc requests to ensure timely completion.

Job Requirements:
Diploma / NITEC / Higher NITEC or equivalent, preferably with at least 1 year of related experience in specimen management.
Requires basic level knowledge of systems and procedures in assigned functional area obtained through prior work experience or education.
Demonstrates understanding of functional area and responsibilities.
