Job Description and Responsibilities:
Owning your KPI’s - Renewal rate, Upsell, and Cross-Sell Qualified Leads
Liaison between the client and TigerConnect departments to convey information, ensure understanding, and make certain everything gets done right away
Understanding your client’s pain points and business objectives to formulate a clear path to success

Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
5+ years of proven account management or other relevant experience
