Title of Position: Regional Sales Manager
Job Description and Responsibilities:
Achieves/exceeds set bookings, sales and profitability targets. Provides timely and accurate forecasting reports on a monthly basis to achieve business goals & objectives
Develop detail country plans which embodies critical customer sites for growth initiatives using LCS program & frameworks. Work with sales channel and lead them to develop new business in existing and new markets.
Leverage local Sales channels and Service teams to identify opportunities and drive the teams to convert opportunities into bookings
Job Requirements:
Degree in Engineering or related discipline with 10 years of relevant industrial experience
Good understanding of valve industry end user needs
Demonstrated abilities in leading and driving growth, preferably in MRO Aftermarket business
