Title of Position: NPI Engineer

Job Description and Responsibilities:
Liaise with US and Asia-based Engineering, Operations, and Quality teams to drive and validate satisfactory process implementation across disciplines
Identify, root-cause, and resolve issues affecting throughput, product performance, yield, and reliability for prototype and production builds
Drive Design-for-Manufacturability, Design-for-Cost, Design-for-Quality, Design-for-Reliability through design and process reviews

Job Requirements:
B.S. Engineering or higher (Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Automation or related)
5+ years working in consumer electronics manufacturing with respect to surface mount technologies, model assembly, electronics testing, and quality audits
Knowledge/familiarity with Six Sigma and/or factory quality metrics
