Title of Position: Human Resources Program Manager - Associate

Job Description and Responsibilities:
Manage core Analyst processes including role identification, rotation alignment, end-of-program mobility, Focused Group Discussions (around career planning and issue resolution), performance management, compensation, and training & development
Partner with Business Rotation Managers and Human Resources Business Advisors to manage Analyst performance and address any performance issues along with ongoing program updates
Work with key Business Executives, local leadership teams and Analyst Managers to identify roles/rotations and end-of-Program opportunities for Analysts; ensure roles/rotations meet Program criteria, identify key roles for next rotation cycle and educate them on the Program expectations

Job Requirements:
Minimum of 8 years’ experience working in Human Resources /Program Management
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Financial Services
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
