Title of Position: Group Account Director

Job Description and Responsibilities:
Ensure the vision and strategy of the region are implemented.
Work with other global business functions to ensure successful delivery of our contractual obligations to clients.
Critically analyse Account Managers/Directors’ strengths and areas of opportunities, building that feedback into actionable development plans.

Job Requirements:
This position requires a bachelor’s degree in addition to a broad range of business experience acquired through previous work experience.
Progressive leadership experience in corporate real estate, with broad exposure to facilities management, project management and real estate service delivery oversight and vendor management.
Transformational mindset – demonstrates an entrepreneurial spirit; leads change with energy and resilience to propel the business forward; has the courage to make difficult decisions and take calculated risks; adjusts style to accommodate individuals and the various phases of growth.
