You will report to the Group Human Capital Manager and assist in various human resources-related tasks, including hiring support, orientation coordination, policy management, communications, data management, employee well-being activities, corporate social responsibility initiatives, compliance and risk management, and project support.

Duration: Permanent full-time
Salary: $48K per annum

Requirements & Remarks:
-Proven work experience as an HR Executive, HR Manager or similar role
-Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems
-Experience with full-cycle recruiting
-Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance)
-Demonstrable leadership abilities
-Solid communication skills
-BSc/MSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
