As of 12pm, MOH has preliminarily confirmed 22 new cases of locally transmitted COVID-19 infection. 19 are linked to previous cases, amongst which 12 have already been placed on quarantine. The remaining 3 are currently unlinked.
Based on investigations so far, 21 are in the community, and 1 resides in a dormitory.
There are 3 imported cases, who had already been placed on Stay-Home Notice upon arrival in Singapore. All were identified through testing while they were in SHN facilities.
In total, there are 25 new cases of COVID-19 infection in Singapore today.
MOH will share further updates in its press release that will be issued later tonight.
