As of 12pm, MOH has preliminarily confirmed 1 new case of locally transmitted COVID-19 infection.

Based on investigations so far, the case is in the community, and there are no new cases in the dormitories.

There are 22 imported cases, who had already been placed on Stay-Home Notice upon arrival in Singapore. In total, there are 23 new cases of COVID-19 infection in Singapore today.

Vaccination for those aged 45-59
- Register interest at vaccine.gov.sg
- SMS will then be sent to book appointment

More may return to workplaces fr. 5 Apr
- WFH encouraged but no longer default
- Up to 75% of employees (who are able to WFH) can be at the workplace at a time
- Split teams not mandatory

Scaling up of activities with pre-event testing (PET) fr. 24 Apr:

Marriage solemnisations/ wedding receptions
- Max 250 pax
- If >100 pax, PET needed for wedding couple (solemnisations only) & all attendees (for receptions)

Live performances at designated venues

Wedding venue “The Orange Ballroom” at Tanjong Katong Complex was ordered to close for 20 days for allowing a couple to host three wedding receptions involving 275 persons on 30 Jan.

Enforcement action will be taken against errant operators and individuals.
