Title of Position: People & Culture Intern

Job Description and Responsibilities:
Plan and implement meaningful internal company events ranging from large and less frequent ones (e.g. bi-annual off-sites) to smaller and more frequent ones (e.g. individual and team milestone celebrations).
Create a welcoming and collaborative environment for employees to thrive as individuals and as a team.
Work with internal stakeholders to develop a culture of learning and continuous feedback by engaging employees with various programmes, tools, and experiences.

Job Requirements:
Currently pursuing a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Management, or equivalent.
Well-organized with a strong attention to detail and high standards for quality work.
Handles confidential and sensitive information with care and discretion.
