Title of Position: Legal Intern

Job Description and Responsibilities:
Provide broad legal support for different departments within the Terrascope business, including reviewing, drafting, and negotiating legal documentation, and advising on day-to-day legal and corporate secretarial matters. Types of legal documentation negotiated are broad and can be anything from customer sales documentation, vendor contracts, recruitment contracts, to IP license agreements.
Provide support on transactional matters and corporate governance initiatives.
Support Terrascope’s compliance framework, including advising on, drafting, and implementing internal compliance policies.

Job Requirements:
Be a law student undertaking a degree in law or a recent law graduate.
Possess an excellent sense of ethics and integrity, with the ability to impress on others to “do the right thing.”
Have the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
