Title of Position: Intern - HR Operations

Job Description and Responsibilities:
Support HR Ops team to roll out Talent Acquisition and Management Solutions initiatives, policies and guidelines within APEC
Support area champions in driving Recruitment, Human Capital, Employer Branding, and College Relations initiatives in APEC
Support General Managers and HR leaders in new build and transitions (NBT/pre-opening) activities to ensure Marriott’s TAMS programs, practices, systems and policies are in placed & executed in the property

Job Requirements:
Ability to learn quickly and excel in a fast-paced and action-biased environment
Detailed-oriented, structured, and organized
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
