Title of Position: Business Intelligence Intern

Job Description and Responsibilities:
Create visualisations of large scale DNA sequencing data, such as plots showing amounts of genetic variations discovered over time
Create visualisations and interactive dashboards for studying trends, such as the use of sequencing machines and reagents over time
Work with SQL databases and AWS resources to transform data into informative graphs and plots

Job Requirements:
Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, ideally in Computer Sciences, Bioinformatics, Mathematics, Statistics or Engineering
Demonstrated capability to create graphical views of data (bar charts, box plots, histograms etc) preferably in a programming tool such as R or python
Passion for technology
