Title of Position: People Operations Intern

Job Description and Responsibilities:
Managing the onboarding and off-boarding of a truly global workforce exposing you to many different regions, cultures, and HR laws and customs - we have employees in 9 key hubs - Barcelona, Paris, London, Nairobi, Dubai, Singapore, Philippines, Shanghai & Dubai, and many more in over 20 additional countries
Triage and respond to daily employee emails and requests using our ticket management system, Hiver
Maintain our HRIS system with a high level of accuracy, upholding confidentiality requirements and data security at all times

Job Requirements:
Studying a bachelor’s degree in one of the following subjects HR, Business, Law, or Finance related topic
A passion for employee experience and always providing exceptional levels of service
High level of Microsoft Office Suite competency including at least intermediate Excel proficiency (Creating visual representations of data, creating & managing pivot tables, ability to organise data using SUMIF, COUNTIF, and VLOOKUP)
