Customer Service Representative

We are an established sports enrichment centre with several schools in SG looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering exemplary service experiences to our students and customers.

Salary: $1,800 to $2,300 (Depending on experience)
Part-time positions available for weekends: $10 to $15/hr
Location: East (various branches)
Singaporean & PR only


Job Scope:
- Responding to all enquires (walk-ins, telephone, emails, etc.)
- Manage class bookings
- Process Payments
- Managing administrative work
- Excellent conduct to represent and uphold our company’s reputation
- Follow up promptly with customers to resolve issues
- Other Ad-hoc Duties assigned

Tue to Fri: 2pm to 9pm, Sat & Sun: 9am to 7pm, Mondays off.
Must be able to commit on weekends.
- Entitled to additional off days after 3 months probation period

Job requirements:
- English Speaking
- Dynamic, Proactive and Independent with a positive attitude
- Able to start work immediately
