Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for proactively identifying, building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates for Retail space. Source for potential and passive candidates through direct channels, Prequalify potential candidates to determine their qualifications through phone interviews Foster relationships with passive talent.
Requirements: Degree with at least 1 to 2 years of experience in Recruiting or Talent Acquisition You have strong research and candidate generation skills. Good communication skills. Familiar with direct sourcing techniques. Articulate and understand the specific role requirements of sales roles Good phone interview skills and telephone etiquette.
