Jobscope: - Handle tracking & follow up for Complaints - Monthly reporting for Complaints - Follow up with Supervisors on Disciplinary Actions - Follow up on new initiatives/project assigned
Requirements: - At least a Degree/Diploma holder - Well-versed in Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint - Self-starter, resourceful, flexible and able to work with different levels of staff.
