Accounting Assistant | 2 Months only ! Extendable/Convertible!
Location: Hougang/Serangoon Pay: $2500 - $3000 Duration: 2 months (extendable/convertible) Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 6.30pm
Jobscope: • Assist finance team in keeping accounting records up to date • Process daily accounting activities such as payments and invoicing timely • Handle basic accounting duties • Process petty cash claims • Handle general's enquiries and administrative work. • Cross-check, ensure all transaction entries accurately recorded into company ERP system • Filing of documents • Other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior and Management
Requirements: • Min Higher NiTEC in Accounting and above • At least 1 to 2 years of working experience in Accounting • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Immediate Starters
