Contract Period: 1 - 2 months (Need someone to start immediate)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 830am to 530pm/9am to 6pm
Working Location: Jurong East
Salary: $10/hour

Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the department (which includes filing, arrange courier services, etc).
• To update and maintain contractors' and tenant's contact list.
• To assist with the rental arrears management.
• Preparation and collation of reports.
• Purchase of stationery, letterheads, envelopes, etc.
• Assume receptionist duty at the Centre Management Office.
• Assist in submitting claims (telephone, reimbursement, etc) for the CMO office.
• Assist in writing minutes and sending out circulars to tenants.
• Manage website contents uploading for Perennial Business City.
• To manage and supervise the outsourced Concierge Officers.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
• Min ITE with at least 1 year admin experiences
• IT savvy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially in Excel, Word and Powerpoint).
• Good with design software (such as Adobe and In-design) if possible
